奇怪的Windows7安装错误

今早起床，妹打电话来说，她的一个朋友在安装正版Windows7时出现：“Windows cannot copy files required for installation. The files may be corrupt or missing. Make sure all files required for installation are available, and restart the installation. Error code: 0×80070241”这样的错误。

看到这样的错误，第一反应便是安装光盘有问题，但是妹说这个盘是正版的。于是又怀疑起光驱读盘能力差或者硬盘有坏道。可是没有看见过机器本身，也不敢断言，只是建议这么做罢了。

后来妹说装好了，选择了别的region就可以正常安装了……

这个问题真是令人大开眼界，咋回事？语言包有问题？也说不通啊……
